Information about Current Status and Credentials has been certified by the COA using original documentation.

Opticians update their own individual business contact information on an annual basis through the registration renewal process. Please note that Opticians are still responsible for informing the COA when there is a change to their practice information, such as as address and phone number.

If an Optician has been the subject of disciplinary action by the COA, that will be noted in the individual optician's profile. Inquiries regarding disciplinary action prior to that date should be directed to the COA.
