Every so often the AOA conducts an anonymous survey for our Opticians in Alberta. This annual wage survey is not the standard but merely to be utilized as a tool or guideline for Optician wages and annual incomes. It also reflects other compensation practices including, vacations, benefits, paid registration fees etc.
