Eighth Line Newsletter Ads

The Eighth Line is printed four times a year and is sent out to over 1200 members, students, health professions, regulators and suppliers.

Because many of our members currently work in a wide variety of locations in Alberta , we feel that your organization would benefit by adverting in our newsletter to reach a vast target audience. Past and current copies of the newsletter can also be found on this website click here to view archived newsletters.

Employment Ads:

Classified ads run in the Eighth Line newsletter for a two month period at a cost of $20.00 (plus GST). These ads include both employment and for sale ads the client wishes to run an ad on the website for the regular fee, then the ad would also be placed in the newsletter free of charge.

Product Ads and Inserts:

This is an alternative to a traditional advertisement. An insert can be a brochure, one page advertisement, post card ad etc. The cost for doing an insert for the newsletter is list below.

Newsletter Submission Deadlines

All submission deadlines are scheduled for the 15 the prior to the month of the mail out. The submission deadlines for the Eighth Line are as follows:

• December 15th
• March 15th
• June 15th
• September 15th

Please note that all submissions must be typed and can be emailed to the Eighth Line Editor. If the advertisement is greater than 150 words in length, includes a photograph, table graph, chart or logo, or has special instructions, it should be submitted on disk or CD. We use InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
