This a complete edging lab ready to go. The Briot CX edger is an all in one unit, the tracer, edger and blocker are all connected giving it a small footprint on your counter top. Just hook up the water drain and plug it in. The unit is in perfect working order and has been used actively until I closed my shop a week ago. This is not just the edger, also included is the complete tool kit for repairs and calibrations, Weco deblocker, leep pads, blue chip pads, star blocks, manual, newly re trued wheels (for when the current ones get dull, they only have about 300 cuts on them now). Also a full stock of SV CR-39 AR coated lenses, +1.00 to -2.50 and up to a -2.00 cyl. Also not pictured are the drain and water supply hoses. Everything you need to start edging right away.
The Briot CX starts with a full 3D tracing, has automatic decenterd blocking. The edger cuts plastic, hi index, Poly, and glass. It also has an automatic edge polish wheel, and grooves and feathers your lens. It comes out ready to go into the frame. There is also a special mode for hydrophobic lenses, I have never had a hydrophobic lens slip in this machine in 1700 cycles. The Aesthetic bevel feature takes all the information coming from the scan and uses it to ensure the best bevel position on the lens for quick, high quality spectacle assembly. Or choose from several other bevel options to fit the lens perfect for any frame. The automatic grooving feature grooves a standard or wide groove. This really is equipped to do most any frame and fit the lens in the best possible way.

Also for sale I have a CNC Optidrill from Birkshire Labs is a full computerized robotic drill machine. Just search through the database, select the frame manufacturer, model number, and eye size, hit start, the computer does the rest. Very accurate machine, drills lenses the same every time with no hassle. I have drilled many lenses on this machine and it works great I am selling it because I have closed my lab. It supports the Weco Vario chucks but can be changed to the essilor style. Asking $5500 obo.
