On March 23, 2011 we were proclaimed under the HPA and became the College of Opticians of Alberta On March 23, 2011 we were proclaimed under the HPA and became the College of Opticians of Alberta. This is the Proclamation - Proclaiming sections 148(2), 148(4), 156(g) and Schedule 16 of the Health Professions Act in force on the date of issue of the proclamation. (March 23, 2011) – 1111
